Odd Future's Earl Sweatshirt Inks Deal With Sony
Now that he's returned from a long hiatus out of the country, Odd Future's Earl Sweatshirt is making up for lost time. The 18 year old rapper has reportedly signed a deal for his own vanity label at Columbia Records, an arm of Sony Music, and plans to release a joint album with his close friend and collaborator, Tyler, the Creator.
Earl missed out on the group's explosion onto the world stage when his mother sent him to the disciplinary Coral Reef Academy in Samoa. He returned earlier this year, and made an appearance on Odd Future's posse album released in March "OF Tape, Vol. 2".
